Throughout February and March Learn to Rock tutors will be visiting Ben Rhydding Primary School to give students the opportunity to try out Drum and Electric Guitar lessons.
Information about how to sign your child up for lessons will be given to children to bring home on the day of their instrument tasters.

Alison Smith (Director for Learn to Rock) and colleagues will present a Drumming Masterclass on Wednesday 9 May 2018 at Burley Oaks Primary School.
The Masterclass is an opportunity for parents to observe and learn how their children are taught with the education philosophy behind how and what they learn.
There will be solos, duets and large group performances from a selection of students: Reception to Year 13.
More information will be issued to parents before Easter.
Admission is free but please contact Learn to Rock to reserve your free tickets.

The staff and students will present and instrumental and vocal demonstration for the students at Burley Oaks Primary School on Wednesday 13 June 9.00am to 9.40am.
This will be an opportunity for children in Key Stages 1 and 2 to see what instruments they can learn with Learn to Rock. It will also be a great opportunity for some of the Burley Oaks students to perform alongside their tutors as part of this demonstration.

The Reception classes at Burley Oaks Primary School will begin their Instrument taster lessons this week.
These will run as follows:

We will contact you if your child is ready to undertake their next Rockschool graded exam in the Spring session.
The closing date for parents for entry is Saturday 1 December.
The Spring session of exams runs: 1 February to 31 March 2019.
