The Dixons Music Primary Boys Playing with Attitude

It has been a fabulous morning of Drumming at Dixons Music Primary.
Last week the Year 2 Drummers began to learn a new groove in a Heavy Rock style incorporating a variety of quaver and semi quaver fills.
This week in only our second lesson we decided to try our new groove and fills with a backing track from the Rock School grade 4 Drum syllabus. The piece is called ‘Attitude’.
The boys were fantastic and were not only listening hard to play in time but they were always watching me lead the piece and if they got out of time a little they were able to watch and listen to get back into the groove.
A great rendition and in front of an audience of 6 ladies from the office with Mrs Long.
