Foxhill Primary School Drum Group Dynamics Added

The Year 3 Foxhill Drum group have added all the dynamics to their drum piece ready for their performance.
Today we learnt about the need for light and shade in Music and how to create musical interest by adding dynamics (the louds and quiets in Music).
We learnt that as an ensemble when there is a solo part in the Music the accompanying instruments should play quieter to enable the solo to shine through the Music.
To that end we added our quiet sections for the solos in our piece.

Later yesterday Reece came for his top up lesson and we worked in a fantastic solo using fast triplet fills.
